Oregon Notary E&O Insurance

Oregon does not require a notary public surety bond. The Oregon Secretary of State commissions notaries for a four-year term after the applicant completes a mandatory training course, passes the exam, and files the oath of office with a $40 fee. Errors and omissions (E&O) insurance is optional.
